The Krabby Patty from SpongeBob SquarePants has been voted the number one TV recipe that people want to make at home.

The study by kitchen experts Maxima Kitchen Equipment analysed the number of views for recipe videos that recreated dishes from TV shows on YouTube channel “Babish Culinary Universe”.

The results revealed the TV food that people want to make the most at home.

The Krabby Patty received more than 21,870,517 views on the video which was miles ahead of its competition. 

Consisting of a veggie patty, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, sea cheese, pickles, mustard, and ketchup, along with a ‘secret formula’.

Mr Krab certainly did himself proud in this particular group of research as in second place was the Krabby Supreme, another burger featured in the TV show. The burger is based on the original Krabby Patty being dipped in batter and deep fried.

In third place was Jake’s Perfect Sandwich from hit animated series Adventure Time ranks third on the list of TV food people want to make, with the video for the recipe racking up 18,452,943 views.

The sandwich is made up of cream cheese, dill, pickles, boiled eggs, a bird, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, meat, bacon, tears, and a lobster’s soul all in a toasted baguette.

Coming in at fourth on the list is The Every-Meat Burrito from another cartoon series Regular Show.

The dish features 27 different types of meat in a burrito, and the video for the recipe has earned more than 15.8 million views.

The third SpongeBob SquarePants recipe to appear on the list, Bubble Bass’ Order, is the fifth most desired TV dish on the “Babish Culinary Universe” channel, with the video receiving 15,709,886 views.

The dish is a complicated burger order formed of 10 veggie patties with sea cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions, ketchup, and most importantly pickles.
