The second show onboard the Disney Magic during our Disney Magic at Sea UK Staycation and once again another Broadway-style show to be proud of, here’s my Disney Dreams An Enchanted Classic review.

Once again we take our seats in the beautiful Walt Disney Theatre as the show begins.
Greeted by Mickey and the gang for a little stage sing and dance pre-show the gang trot off stage, the curtains lift and the show begins.
Disney Dreams An Enchanted Classic revolves around a little girl named Anne Marie who can’t seem to find the will to believe in herself.
Our story begins as Anne Marie makes a wish upon a star that she can fly and throughout the evening is greeted by her favourite Disney friends who tell a story of how you can achieve those dreams.
With Peter Pan acting as her spirit guide the audience is transported through Disney Classics with numerous iconic song renditions from such films as Aladdin, The Lion King, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast and Frozen.
We follow Anne Marie’s journey as these Disney icons teach her how to believe in herself.
The motto of the story is a heartwarming one indeed but for the second show running, I’m once again gobsmacked by the level of detail that is put into the sets.
Anne Marie’s bedroom is littered with Disney easter eggs and it’s an adventure in itself to spot them all.

Tinkerbell is replicated with a magical stardust of laser light and her interaction with the set is equally as quirky as it is magical.
Very similar to Tangled: The Musical was this breathtaking experience where I was fully immersed in the story.
Whether it was the silhouette animal projections of animals walking around the pridelands on the walls of the theatre or the immersive Little Mermaid section with dancing puppets and bubbles I felt like a kid once more as I was beaming from ear to ear with glee.
The Disney Dreams An Enchanted Classic show debuted in 1998 and is performed on both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder ships.
It wasn’t until summer 2015 that the show received a makeover and added new scenes from Frozen and changed up Anne Marie’s costume look.
Out of the two shows I preferred Tangled as it was a more story-driven production whereas Disney Dreams is more a catchy number from your favourite Disney movies.
Both are incredible productions where the acting and singing were of the highest quality, hearing Elsa blasting out ‘Let It Go’ and hitting the highest notes a vocal chord can possibly achieve sent shivers down my spine.
It’s yet another absolutely must watch production as the Disney Magic brought not one, but two 5-Star productions to our UK Staycation cruise!
