Coronavirus, what Coronavirus?!
Disney-Pixar is on course to rake in $100 million for their latest animated installment Onward starring Chris Pratt and Tom Holland.

Whilst cinemas in China have been closed to the outbreak those figures are still very impressive indeed. The film’s release in South Korea and Italy have also been delayed until April.
Disney Pixar’s Onward 4DX Review

Set in a suburban fantasy world, Disney-Pixar’s Onward introduces two teenage elf brothers who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left in the world.
Other cast members include Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Octavia Spencer.
The story of Onward revolves around two brothers Ian (Tom Holland) and Barley (Chris Pratt) who go on a mission to see if there is still a little magic left in the world. Magic that they can use so they can spend one last day with their father who passed away when they were young.
Disney-Pixar has brought this beautiful magical adventure to the fold. A heart-warming tale of family and remembering those we have lost.
4DX Experience

Every single time I hear the words Disney and 4DX in the same sentence I get excited. The 4DX experience in Onward isn’t too in your face but the strobe lights are put to great use whenever a magical spell is cast. The magic comes alive all around you and not just on the screen in front of you.
The seat effects aren’t as brutal as they have been throughout recent films, thank god! This time around we have more a subtle interlude that compliments the things on screen.
Never too distracting and not physically thrusting you out of the engrossing storyline.
With the movie being more emotional I was worried my seat rocking back and forth during serious scenes would detach me from what I was watching. Thankfully this never occurred and all the motion is perfectly in keeping with what is happening on the big screen.
4DX is always great for Disney movies. Not just for my own experience but for seeing the reactions of everyone around me.
Disney Pixar’s Onward is certainly a movie the kids will love! Put them in those 4DX seats and watch their eyes light up as these animated characters bring the entire theatre to life. That’s magic that is rarely replicated in films nowadays and the 4DX just enhances that experience to another level entirely.
Onward is a film for all ages and it seems as thou anything Pixar touch turns into animated gold. The vibrant colours with the depth of story and the strong emotional undertones all combine for one heartwarming experience.
A tearjerker at times but mostly a family-friendly film with its comedic moments to help relieve some of the more serious topics discussed on screen.
Overall

I wish Onward all the success in the world if those predicted box office numbers come to fruition. It’s fully deserved and Pixar has done it again!
I never doubted them for a second.
