Shaun the Sheep Farmageddon Review: Delightful

Farmageddon Review

This movie is delightful, but how could it not be?

Nick Clement takes a look at the animated comedy Shaun the Sheep Farmageddon.

The labor-intensive work that goes into making a stop-motion animation is absolutely unfathomable.

This movie is years worth of work taking each tiny little movement. Taking a picture. Making another movement. Taking a picture.

Onwards and onwards until we get this full feature-length movie that runs for one hour and 27 minutes!

The dedication of movies like this has to be applauded. Not resorting to CGI or computers. Keeping it old school and making something truly memorable.

An art form that I hope and pray continues for many years to come. A severely under-appreciated artform might I add!

Farmageddon Review

When an alien possessing strange powers crash-lands near Mossy Bottom Farm, Shaun the Sheep quickly makes a new friend.

Together they must run from a dangerous organisation who wants to capture the intergalactic visitor.

Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon is a blast for human beings of all ages.

If you aren’t able to sit down and smile and have a ball with this fizzy concoction then there’s no help in saving your soul.

The dialogue-free plot involves an adorable little alien who crash lands near Mossy Bottom Farm.

It’s up to Shaun and pals to get her back home before the goons from the Ministry for Alien Detection track her down for undoubted study.

The brilliant artists and storytellers working at Aardman Studios continue to impress on all levels, and the joy that many scenes brought to our son’s four-year-old face was the best part of it all.

Currently streaming on Netflix and is supremely entertaining for 90 spirited minutes.
