With high-tech motion seats and special effects a 4DX upgrade is well worth the extra few pounds. Available in both 2D and 3D formats it’s one hell of a show!

Disney and 4DX always seem to work together in perfect harmony. The best movies I’ve seen in 4DX have all been Disney movies.

Lion King 2019

The Lion King to this day is still my favourite 4DX experience as this live action remake came to life before my very eyes.

From the scent of the lush green grass to water effects and a cooling breeze on a hot sunny day Disney and 4DX are a match made in heaven.

Hobbs and Shaw

The same can’t be said about Hobbs and Shaw as I was thrown around like a rag doll watching this movie.

The seats were dialled up to 11 and the movements were a little too vigorous for me after a full stomach.

IT poster

Chilling and perfectly calibrated. IT Chapter 2 utilised 4DX to perfection to amplify every jump scare tenfold.

IT was the first horror movie I watched in 4DX and certainly won’t be my last.

Gemini Man Poster

Gemini Man wasn’t the best film in the world that’s for sure. The 4DX wasn’t all that great either.

Lots of jolty movements that felt a little out of place in certain sequences but it wasn’t terrible, I just wouldn’t pay the extra for 4DX on this particular title again.

Maleficent Mistress of Evil Competition

Disney and 4DX go hand in hand as to this day I’ve still not witnessed a bad Disney 4DX movie.

A great film amplified with great 4DX timing to heighten the magic scenes and more. Well worth a watch!

Maleficent 2

Lemans 66

Feel every twist and turn in this well calibrated and quite wonderful movie. The film is already top tier in every sense of the word but you’re right at the wheel alongside them every step of the way.

Highly recommend seeing this movie in 4DX!

Frozen 2 Poster

When it’s snowing in the theatre with an icy blast you know that Frozen is on the big screen.

Disney stepped up their calibration game with this one and I absolutely loved every second of this adventure classic.

Jumanji The Next Level 4DX Poster

I remember Jumanji being more rumble city than immersive experience. Not a great calibration at times with this particular title but still an adventure filled fun movie all the same.

Give me any film with Kevin Hart in it and I’ll enjoy it throughly!

Jumanji: The Next Level

the rise of Skywalker

I rather enjoyed the 4DX in this title more than the film. The film was an absolute steaming pile of Jabba the Hut doo doo but the 4DX certainly brought this dead film back to life.
