Gordon Ramsay, Gino D’Acampo and Fred Sirieix are back as we bring you this Gordon, Gino and Fred Go Greek review.

Gordon Ramsay, Gino D’Acampo and Fred Sirieix are back.
This time their RV is hitting the beautiful Greek islands and historical city of Athens, for a big fat Greek adventure, together again behind the wheel on an epic odyssey like no other.
From island hopping on a catamaran, to jet ski racing and shipwreck diving, there will be bromance and bickering in equal measure.
Thanks to an abundance of fantastic food, including the freshest lobster, chefs Gordon and Gino will be looking to prove that Greece’s culinary credentials are up there with the very best of Europe.
The guys will begin their adventure in Crete, Greece’s largest island, before navigating their way to stunning Santorini, making their way to the party island of Mykonos and finishing their trip in the Greek capital Athens and the monasteries of Meteora.
When it was announced that there would only be two episodes in this new ‘go Greek’ series fans were in uproar.
I like many others look forward to this lovable trio on their wacky adventures and having a questionably small amount of episodes in this series is certainly an eyebrow-raiser.
I’m almost positive that the pandemic played a part in the shortening of the series because it is no way ITV cutting the series short by any means.
The ratings and the audience feedback for every series so far have been overwhelming and there’s a good reason for that.
Gordon, Gino and Fred Go Greek is endearing and hilarious, it’s short but sweet but packs just enough in to keep you laughing one minute, heart in mouth the next as the group visit the beautiful Greek islands and sample the delicacies that come with it.
This opening episode has just enough to whet your appetite but you can tell it’s just a two-episode job, things feel a little rushed this time around and before you know it the first episode is over.
From adventures on a catamaran, jet ski racing, crab catching and mud massages it all whizzes past in the blink of an eye only stopping for a rather heartwarming moment with Gino reminiscing about his late mother.
From Crete to Santorini, Mykonos and then finally Athens there’s a little something for everyone.
It’s a real shame that this two episode commission wasn’t extended at a later date.
ITV have already enrolled the trio in more series to come so let’s hope the episodes planned are ordered in a much larger quantity.
Come on ITV.
You know it makes sense!

Summary
Whilst the chemistry is still burning bright between the three I just can’t wrap my head around this 2-episode commission and as a result the episode feels somewhat rushed and that chemistry we all know and love is glanced over rather than explored further.
