Indoor Golf Simulator Venue Goin’ Golf Drives Home the Fun

Looking for a UK indoor golf centre? How about a golf simulator near you? Look no further than Goin’ Golf in Fenton, Stoke on Trent.

Goin Golf Stoke

When it comes to indoor golf your mind instantly jumps to crazy golf but the guys at Goin’ Golf have stepped up the game entirely.

Comprised of numerous virtual simulators not to mention VIP rooms and a putting green, Goin’ Golf is the go-to place to improve your game.

Choose from 100’s of real-world golf courses to practise on or play numerous skill games to suit all difficulties, there’s something for everyone.

I’ve not once graced a golf course in my life outside of numerous crazy golf venues so holding a real club and driving it into a screen was certainly a unique experience for me.

The simulators use cameras and software to assess your swing, speed, direction and more as you navigate the various courses on offer.

Golfzon Simulator

I certainly found the facilities at Goin’ Golf to be above and beyond anything a beginner or even a seasoned professional could possibly need.

Whilst knowing absolutely nothing about golf it certainly felt like a facility where techniques could be improved such as grip, swing and your putting game.

Key ingredients to improve any golf game.

For myself and a friend though however, it was a chance to practise our drive as we embraced our poor form smashing various balls into several trees, lakes and rough patches.

Virtual Golf is perfect for all weather, if it’s raining, snowing or windy outside playing golf is probably the last thing on your mind but thankfully Goin’ Golf is all indoors and weather condition free.

The venue also serves drinks and a variety of desserts to be delivered to your booth.

Goin Golf Prices

Prices start at £12 for an hour for one person with every extra person in your group dropping the price by £1 per person up to a maximum of 4 unless you’re in the VIP rooms where the capacity is for 6 people.

Golf clubs and balls are included in the price.

Goin’ Golf VIP Rooms

Goin’ Golf consists of two VIP rooms that come with their own TV and mini-fridge to bring your own drinks to keep cool.

Nothing says VIP like sitting in your own room with 6 of your buddies, a bunch of beers in the fridge, a football game on the TV and smashing through a few rounds of golf.

If that doesn’t say the perfect stag do introduction/lads night out I don’t know what does!

The VIP room also comes with a more advanced indoor golf simulator complete with a moving swing plate. This plate allows players to hit shots anywhere on the multi-surface hitting mats.

The Golfzon Moving Swing Plate’s accommodates 360 degrees of directional movement to provide real-world play by simulating course slopes from the tee box to the putting green.

That’s not all, there are three types of hitting mats, each portraying fairway, rough, and sand bunker conditions that provide a realistic simulation of a real golf course.

These indoor golf simulators are certainly a step up from the standard ones on offer.

A VIP room can cater to up to 6 people and a two-hour booking is recommended to make the most of the space.

The VIP room is priced at £16 per person which is an absolute bargain!

Goin Golf Putting Green

A free putting green upstairs is included in the price to perfect your close game and you’re allowed as much time as you like upstairs as needed!

Overall

Goin Golf Lessons

Goin’ Golf is the perfect venue for all budding golf enthusiasts young and old.

I love the putting green upstairs that’s free to all paying customers and the VIP rooms provide such a unique and exclusive experience for a bargain price.

The Golfzon indoor golf simulator technology is cutting-edge and there is also a golfing coach on hand if you’re willing to improve your professional game.

A golfing coach is charged at an additional £35 per hour on top of the price you’re paying to play on the simulators themselves.

I want to express a huge thanks to Goin Golf for inviting us down and for introducing us to your wonderful facilities.
