The final episode in the series we bring you our episode 4 Inside Legoland review.
Inside LEGOLAND wraps up with an eclectic mix of stories, from tending to underwater creatures to following the progress of a new ride being installed.
Our last episode is here and this four-part Will of Miniland series has been a hoot!
Jokes aside this last episode has a bit of everything as we see the brand new addition of the DUPLO Coaster being added to the park including landscaping and the train being added to the tracks for the first time.
ANOTHER Mini-Land section but this time with a twist as we go behind the animation department as a rogue taxi takes a dip in the thames and we go behind the scenes with the aquarists on the LEGO Atlantis submarine ride.
This last episode whilst a little scattered unlike the central focus of Episode 3 on Halloween seems to engage me more than the weakest of the bunch, episode 2.
This finale gives us a glimpse of the LEGOLAND of old as we dip into the archives, dust off some old bricks and re-home them in the park where they belong and we also get to see the off-season as the park is closed to the public and all the work that must be undertaken before a new theme park season begins.
As a whole Inside Legoland has been a joy to watch, the segments have been for the most part engaging and it’s nice to see a variety of goings on around the park.
For those who have read my other reviews you know that my tolerance of Mini-Land was wearing thin as it seemed to be a key focus of the documentary but ignoring that for a second the rest of the documentary has been fun, breezy and throughly enjoyable.
Episode 4 brings the series to a close and hopefully another series may be in the works or at the very least another series should be explored at other theme parks.
The format needs mixing up every so slightly to keep it fresh in the future but it’s a show I’d love to see all over again.
