After revealing my thoughts about Bond sipping a non-alcoholic beer in a Heineken teaser commercial it seems as thou they want to change my mind.
I opened my inbox this morning to find an email from the PR company for Heineken themselves.
The company have asked me to check out the full length edit.
Heineken® is celebrating over 20 years of association with James Bond in the latest TV commercials featuring Daniel Craig.
The trailer launches worldwide today and we have it right here for you below!
James Bond Heineken Commercial
The trailer starts off with a high-speed taxi chase around a set instantly recognisable from the No Time to Die Trailer.
The trailer has humour in spades as Daniel Craig forgets his passport in a taxi and goes chasing after it. With him being a bit rusty (still) this chase isn’t quite all smooth sailing.
For those fans who messaged me all speculating that James Bond was catching a flight afterwards or was driving (hence why he was drinking a non alcoholic drink) can sit down and be quiet a while longer.
BUT in this trailer, he’s picking up an alcoholic beverage instead of an alcohol-free one. Hallelujah!
They clearly shot two alternative endings with two drinks and released the controversial one first.
One caused a shake and a stir and this one restored balance to the 007 universe.
No Time To Die, is the twenty-fifth James Bond film from EON Productions and will be released globally from April 2, 2020 in the U.K.
Well done Heineken, well done indeed! What do you think of this new James Bond Heineken commercial?
