Fast forward 4 years
Four years later and Adam Driver returns to SNL but this time he goes undercover as Randy an undercover intern. Channelling his inner Andy Samberg Randy is on the ship to find out what people think of Kylo Ren and gets an insight into how his ship operates.
I found this second episode to be absolutely hilarious especially during the Luke Skywalker segment. I love how in that particular scene he’s all calm and nice and doing the right thing, but instantly changes. It’s exactly how his character is throughout the films and it was hilarious to see it put into this kind of situation. This conflict so apparent on the surface being put into action.
SNL is very hit and miss with me but they’ve hit a home run with this one. Check out the episode here.
Undercover Boss
Fighting through tears of laughter typing this summary I really enjoyed this. I actually enjoyed this segment more than the entire The Rise of Skywalker movie! The film itself has absolutely torn the fan divide wider with many fans disappointed at the ultimate finale. Thankfully, despite being an awful ending to this particular story our 4DX experience was magical it really was.
