Museum of Horrors Stoke Adds a Brand New True Crime Room

Museum of Horrors Stoke True Crime Room

The Museum of Horrors Stoke opened its doors last month to sell out dates and rave reviews and already they’ve announced a brand new true crime room where guests can get up close and personal to some of the worlds most notorious true crime cases.

Museum of Horrors Fenton

Based in Fenton, Stoke on Trent the Museum of Horrors offers two types of experiences with both daily guided tours and specialist actor days available for paying customers.

Daily guided tours of the museum involve being shown around the various themed rooms of the property as you get up close and person with movie and TV props, not to mention other artefacts from across the globe and now the recently announced True Crime room.

The daily guided tour will consist of interactive elements in addition to your stereotypical tour experience but actor days will strip away the tour entirely and have creatures taking over the various themed rooms for a ‘waiver-signed’ experience that is not for the faint of heart.

This is the UK’s first Museum of Horrors and the true crime room is yet another way to feature a variety of individual attractions under one roof.

Become a crime investigator as you step into a room packed full of real true crime case evidence, prison letters, clothing samples and even DNA evidence belonging to some of the most prolific and horrific true crime cases across the world.

From Jeffrey Dahmer to John Wayne Gacy and even Charles Manson there are numerous artefacts for you to get up close and personal with in this new macabre space.

Read letters penned by The Krays, handle evidence that was once stored inside police lockers during ongoing investigations and more.

A room where artefacts are not stored in cabinets, this is a hands on experience with some scary true crime cases.

Other items within the room include movies and TV shows inspired by true crime cases including artefacts from the 2019 film Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile which starred Zac Efron as the infamous serial killer Ted Bundy.
