More The Collected horror movie images have been revealed.
Marcus Dunstan’s The Collector series has been a revelation up to this point as The Collector has become a horror icon in his own right!
The third instalment of the franchise takes us back into the gory world of traps and torture as Arkin comes up against his nemesis The Collector once again.
Photos have been released from the production of The Collected and it’s safe to say we expect to see more blood and guts when this film drops.
Anticipation is high for this one and it has been ever so long since I spoke to Marcus Dunstan who was eager to do a third instalment all them years ago and now it’s a reality.
This prey vs predator movie was a booby-trapped film that had genuine scares, crazy gory moments and gripping intrigue throughout.
With traps as memorable as those contained within the Saw movies, The Collector and The Collection both stepped away from their Saw comparisons and formed their own spin-off type of torture-porn horror.
Whilst the plot points are few and far between the ending of The Collection left everything all a bit up in the air.
Arkin could potentially be in jail with The Collector trying to get to him whilst he’s behind bars as shown in one of the photos released but we’re just speculating.
Emma Fitzpatrick is also back, with Randy Havens (Stranger Things), Dot-Marie Jones (3 From Hell) and Navi Rawat (The Collection) also added and Tom Atkins will also star with Josh Stewart returning to play Arkin.
Regarding Tom Atkins, Bloody Disgusting exclusively reported that horror legend Tom Atkins would be in the movie in a starring role and all we know so far about his role is that when he faces The Collector the only weapon he’s got is his mouth.
That certainly doesn’t sound like it’s going to end well for his character but at least he’ll be able to roll off a sweary rant at this psychopathic killer before meeting his probable demise.
