The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotel Antalya Review

Nickelodeon Hotel Antalya

The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya is now officially open and we were kindly invited over to check out this brand-new family-themed hotel.

Featuring a whole host of Nickelodeon characters from Spongebob to Paw Patrol and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles this new exciting hotel has amenities for young and young at heart alike.

Nickelodeon Hotel Reception Antalya

Featuring Spongebob atop a jellyfish at the main entrance you are welcomed into a hotel vibrant in colour, open in space and with a cheerful charm.

The lobby features a smoothie bar and the reception is adorned with a very clean and classy design with Spongebob’s pineapple-shaped house being a nice feature at the far end of the check-in desks.

Slime Elevators

A clean white palette with gold accents adorn the reception area and then behind you stands the glass elevators which are covered in a bright green Nickelodeon slime as the hotel frequently bounces between classy design and childish charm.

This sentiment is echoed throughout the hotel and is very apparent in the rooms which we saw. As of writing this the two main suites of the hotel (Nick Suite and Star Trek) are still undergoing construction but from the concept art, they both look to be phenomenal.

In total, there are 211 Themed Deluxe Rooms, 25 Suites, 1 Star Trek Iconic Suite and 1 Legendary Nick Suite at the hotel with 29 of the rooms having a common passage with each other so bigger families travelling together can have total privacy and access between two separate hotel rooms with another door closing them both off entirely.

We’ll take you inside a few of the rooms later on in this article, the wait is worth it they’re quite wonderful!

If you’re super impatient, feel free to scroll down and take a look or check-out the video embedded within this article that gives you a more in-depth tour of the hotel that we had before its official opening.

Bars and Restaurants

Snick Lounge Stage

Within the hotel, there are a variety of dining experiences and bars for all the family with only the Snick Lounge in the entire hotel serving alcohol.

The Snick Lounge will feature jazz music, a fully stocked bar and entertainment for the grown-ups as well as the kids.

It’s a very inviting space and has an outdoor terrace for people to go outside and soak up all of those wonderful theme park views.

Le Spatula Restaurant

In total, there are two restaurants within the hotel, Le Spatula and the All-Star Cafe, the latter of which we didn’t get to check out on our tour but Le Spatula is an enormous restaurant that will serve a buffet-style breakfast in the morning along with dinner and lunch options.

Theme park views are a running theme (no pun intended) throughout the hotel as every single room had these wonderful views of the park and with construction taking place just beyond the main perimeter fence it’s clear to see that The Land of Legends is not quite finished with their developments as they’re currently in discussion with a major IP to potentially bring more attractions and experiences to the park in the future.

In addition to the restaurants, there is the Rainforest Juice Bar which also serves the outdoor pool area (still in development) which serves Vitamin drinks and there is the Lobby Bar where guests can have a smoothie and a whole variety of non-alcoholic drinks.

The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotel Rooms

Paw Patrol Hotel Room
Paw Patrol Hotel Room

Themed hotel rooms are something that The Land of Legends pride itself on and spread over five floors there is a whole host of IPs on offer for guests to choose which rooms they’d like to explore.

Every room has its unique charm and unlike many hotels which just slap some vinyl on the walls The Land of Legends has gone the extra mile and themed the furniture of the room including headboards and bedside cabinets and even the bathrooms have their own unique charm to them.

From the star-shaped mirror in the Paw Patrol room to the shell-shaped mirror in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles room, I really admire the work and effort that goes into making these hotel rooms special for everyone.

Spongebob is a very popular character and gets two whole floors of the hotel whilst the other IPs just have one floor to occupy except for The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Star Trek who share a floor right at the top of the hotel.

There are also themed suites within the hotel room that have a divided living room and bedroom space. We got to check out the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles suite (shown in the video) and the room is designed like a colourful sewer full of charm and winks and nods to the show.

Out of all of the hotel rooms I did find the Dora the Explorer rooms to be the more simplistic in design. They’re still great rooms to stay in but I felt the other rooms made more of an effort to theme the furniture and immerse you into the IP whereas I didn’t feel the Dora rooms really explored that adventurous side of the character as much as they could have.

That headboard is still pretty cool though but you can see in the photo that the furniture on either side of the bed isn’t themed and the vinyl on the wall isn’t complimented by any physical props or room dressing as much as the other rooms are.

Hotel Amenities

Spongebob Nick Hotel Entrance

The hotel consists of a variety of amenities for guests to indulge in so we’ll take you through each one along with our thoughts but as of writing, there are still a few that are under construction so we can only comment on what we saw during our initial visit.

Club Nick

Club Nick Antalya

Club Nick is a kids club free for hotel guests and children to enjoy as there will be a variety of activities to take part in, a stage for entertainment and meet and greets along with a slide and play area.

If you’re a little bit older and ball pits and slides aren’t your thing there is also a gaming room packed full of PS5s and comfy gaming chairs for you to enjoy!

Anjana Spa

Anjana Spa

Other than a variety of upcharge massages and experiences the main bulk of the spa is free for guests to enjoy!

The spa consists of massage rooms, a sauna, a tranquil rain shower room and relaxation space and there is even a VIP area so if you want that extra bit of privacy you can pay to have all of the spa offerings in one private room away from the other guests.

The spa offers some of the best holistic therapies and massages of the East and West (according to the website) and you can really let your troubles wash away within this calm, relaxing and mostly free-of-charge space!

Gym and Pool

The hotel gym is small but efficient with a variety of machines to enjoy and there is also a pilates studio built into the gym for classes.

An outdoor pool is currently under construction but this open space looks to be a fun one indeed complete with an Aqua Tower and Spray Area.

There will be water experiences for both adults and children along with slides and other entertainment units and in the winter the pool will be heated so you can enjoy it all year round.

One special feature of the outdoor pool is the Slimulator where guests will be slimed just like they’re on a Nickelodeon TV show.

The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotel

Nickelodeon Hotel review

The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotel Antalya is a wonderfully themed hotel which leads out into the famous shopping village.

The hotel compliments the plush surroundings and looks beautiful at night time all lit up. I honestly can’t wait to see the Star Trek and Nick Suites completed as they really look to be the room stars of the show!

The hotel is a fantastic addition to the park and is yet another classy-themed accommodation at the resort for guests to enjoy.
