Jennifer Lopez is set to deliver something unlike anything we’ve ever seen from her before as Amazon gears up to release her upcoming cinematic original. We take a look at Jenifer Lopez This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.

This Is Me…Now: A Love Story is like nothing you’ve ever seen from Jennifer Lopez. Alongside director Dave Meyers, Jennifer has created a narrative-driven cinematic odyssey, steeped in mythological storytelling and personal healing.
Dropping in tandem with her first studio album in a decade, this genre-bending Amazon original showcases her journey to love through her own eyes.
With fantastical costumes, breathtaking choreography, and star-studded cameos, this panorama is an introspective retrospective of Jennifer’s resilient heart.
Combining an album with a cinematic original feels like this has the hallmarks of a JLO musical written all over it but you only have to watch the trailer to notice that it falls somewhere in the middle.
Unique in its delivery the film explores her journey to love and the importance of self-love.

This Is Me…Now: A Love Story is directed by Grammy-winner Dave Meyers (“No Tears Left to Cry” by Ariana Grande, “ME!” by Taylor Swift, “Adore You” by Harry Styles, “Shirt” by SZA, “HUMBLE.” by Kendrick Lamar, “Gorilla” by Little Simz).
Stars including Trevor Noah, Kim Petras, Post Malone, Keke Palmer, Sofia Vergara, Jenifer Lewis, Jay Shett, Neil deGrasse Tyson and Derek Hough all-star.
I’m pretty sure that even Fat Joe rocks up in the trailer for a brief second if my eyes don’t mistake me.
Named after the album This is Me…Now will be released on Prime Video on February 16th which coincidentally is the same release date as the album.

Over her career, Jennifer Lopez has solidified her status as a multi-talented icon starting out with humble beginnings as a dancer in the 90s on the TV show In Living Color all the way to her breakthrough debut album.
It wasn’t only her dancing and singing that catapulted her to superstardom she was an actress and a good one too making a significant impact with roles in films like Selena and Out of Sight.
Known for her ability to seamlessly transition between various entertainment roles is an ability that seems to be on full display in this particular movie trailer as she bounces between every weapon in her arsenal.
Dancing, singing and acting all in one feature whilst portraying her life’s ups and downs navigating her way through love, high-profile relationships, and marriages that all come at the cost of fame, and public scrutiny.

Seemingly unphased (as an overall observation) by the above she has emerged stronger and using her experience to inspire others and I’m sure this upcoming Amazon feature is no different.
As she continues to inspire with her music, acting, and philanthropy, one thing remains constant – Jennifer Lopez is not just an artist; she is a symbol of empowerment and a living example of the limitless possibilities that come with embracing change and growth.
