Tarantino’s classic. The famous Austrian actor Christoph Waltz portrays Col. Hans Landa, the supporting villain in this theme. Among the many famous and memorable quotes that stand the test of time, the phrase “That’s a Bingo!” has to be one of the highly recognized catchphrases.
This phrase is exclaimed by Col. Landa during a conversation with Lieutenant Aldo Raine, portrayed by Brad Pitt. Although this scene does not refer to the game of bingo specifically, the quote resonated with intensity among the viewers. Also, this scene evoked Landa’s extreme and passionate personality.
This movie is still very popular up to date, so you might find yourself hearing others using this phrase.
Bad Grandpa (2013)
Johnny Knoxville may have done some bold and often silly stunts during the MTV’s Jackass series. However, when his alter ego Irving Zisman got a chance to play in a film, he managed to take the show in a completely new direction.
In the movie, Irving plays bingo whilst engaging in conversation with other players. As you may expect, the “bad grandpa” was testing everybody’s patience and limits during the game.

The Babadook (2014)

During the movie she is organising a bingo themed night for the residents that she cares for in attempt to liven up the atmosphere. This movie incorporates the game of bingo in a clever way to give the viewer a chilling perspective of the main characters’ lives.
